Return Policy

At Luxury Maniac, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition drops

  • Customized or personalized items


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@luxurymaniac.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email support@luxurymaniac.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.
